Investigate Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant Projects in Italy and Germany

The investigation group led by Cao Huabin, general manager of CECEP Solar Energy Technology, went to Italy to investigate our company's power plant project and photovoltaic agricultural technological greenhouse project which are under construction, and signed a 2012 cooperation agreement with ET Solar German operation center from 15 to 25, February 2012.

The group first visited our photovoltaic power plant project, Giardini and Sassari, the construction of which began in November 2011. They had in-depth communication with the general contractor and designer of theis project over issues such as project technology, engineering and grid. This project is an overseas photovoltaic power plant we actively constructed as part of our response to CECEP's advocate of going out based on our operation experience of overseas photovoltaic power plants. Up to now, the construction of the project is undergoing smoothly with high quality and it is estimated to be on the grid by the end of June 2012.

The investigation group also went to Sardinia, Italy to do a research of the local photovoltaic agricultural technological greenhouse project, which has finished construction and is now on the grid, so as to fully understand its subsidy policy, business operations and technology and management experience.

In addition, they signed the 2012 cooperation agreement with ET Solar at its German operation center. According to this agreement, we will develop a 10MW solar photovoltaic power plant together and have extensive cooperation in technology and component distribution.

During this trip, the investigation group fully acknowledged our overseas projects under construction and signed projects and component distribution agreement with many foreign partners, which further speeds up the development of our overseas market and prepares our company to enter foreign solar energy construction market. Staff of the infrastructure management department and risk management department of CECEP as well as the overseas operation department of our company took part in the investigation and research.
